No. Your deposit payment method must be registered in your name. We verify this at withdrawal time. Using another person's payment method violates our terms and may result in account suspension and funds forfeiture.

Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Maximum per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Daily deposit limit is Rp 200,000,000. These limits apply across all payment methods. Contact support if you need a temporary increase for a specific reason.

Withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS process within 24 hours on business days. Most land within 2–4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. You'll see the status update in your account dashboard in real time.

We can suspend or close an account if you violate these terms — for example, using fake identity details, depositing from a stolen payment method or engaging in fraud. We'll notify you of the reason and give you 7 days to respond before permanent closure.

If our support team's decision doesn't satisfy you, request an escalation to our independent review team within 14 days. They'll re-examine the case and issue a final decision. You can't appeal beyond that, but you can close your account and request a refund of remaining balance.

Yes, with one exception: if local law in your region conflicts with any term, local law takes precedence for that term only. We list supported regions at signup. If your area isn't listed, you won't be able to create an account.
